Kelmatt Returns Policy

At Kelmatt, we take pride in the quality of our products and your satisfaction is important to us. If you’re not entirely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

🔁 Change of Mind Returns

Kelmatt offers returns for stock items within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is:

  • Unused and in its original condition
  • In the original packaging (where applicable)
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Please note:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
  • A restocking fee may apply depending on the product type.

🧵 Custom-made or made-to-order items (e.g. tarps, covers, printed items) cannot be returned for change of mind, as they are produced specifically for your needs.

⚠️ Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the goods. We’ll arrange a repair, replacement, or refund, including any shipping costs incurred.

To assist with a fast resolution, please provide:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of the item and packaging

💰 Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

🚚 How to Return an Item

  1. Email us at sales@kelmatt.com.au with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We’ll confirm return eligibility and provide instructions.
  3. Package your item securely and send it to the return address provided.
